What general rules apply to every promotion?

Promotions are for players with a verified, funded account in good standing.
The details of each offer in the Promotions section form part of these terms.
All amounts are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Every offer requires play or a deposit of at least C$20. There are no offers without a deposit.
Our Player Agreement applies alongside these terms.

What is the current welcome offer?

Who can take part?

Does a limit apply to the bonus funds I can turn into cash?

Lossback has a maximum of C$200 in casino credits. After you finish the 10x wagering, any remaining credits and winnings are transferred to your cash balance. Where a specific promotion has its own conversion cap, you will find it in that offer's details.

What is the maximum stake when playing with casino credits?

Until wagering is complete, every spin, hand or round must stay within the stake limit set out in the offer details. Going above that limit may lead us to cancel both the bonus and every winning connected to it.

How do I opt in?

Claim offers from the Promotions section or during the deposit step.
Offers that were not claimed are not added afterwards.
Taking an offer is your choice: you can decline any of them and play with cash only.

Is it possible to have two bonuses at once?

Each account is limited to one active bonus. A further offer becomes claimable when the bonus in use has been completely wagered, has lapsed, or was forfeited.

What counts as bonus abuse?

Opening several accounts to claim the same offer.
Coordinated play between linked players to clear wagering.
Placing equal stakes on opposite outcomes to cut risk.
Breaching the maximum stake or playing excluded games with casino credits.

If we identify abuse, the bonus is withdrawn, any winnings generated from it are voided, and the account may face restrictions.

When does a bonus expire?

Casino credits expire if the 10x wagering is not complete within 90 days. Unused credits and their winnings are then removed. Deadlines for daily spins are set out in the offer details.

How does wagering work, and how much does each game type count?

Casino credits and their winnings must be staked 10 times their value before they convert.
Free spin winnings have no wagering.
Only stakes on eligible games count.
The offer details show the contribution of Live Casino, Jackpots, slots and table games, and name any games that are excluded.
You can track your progress under Promotions in your account.

Can these terms change?
